Shipping policy
OyzekX ships from our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat, to addresses across India. We do not ship outside India.
Order processing
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- During sales and festive seasons, dispatch can take 1–2 extra days.
Delivery time
- Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch.
- Remote areas, the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and the Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep islands can take longer.
- Delivery times are estimates. Weather, strikes, or courier delays can occasionally extend them.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most pincodes. Any COD charge is shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show updates.
Address and delivery issues
- Please check your address, pincode, and phone number before placing the order. If you need to change them, contact us before the order is dispatched.
- If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available to receive it, we may charge shipping again to resend it.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, or the package looks tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 3 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, and prepaid orders are refunded in full. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
