Return & Exchange Policy

At Oyzekx, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every Gadgets. However, we understand that you may need to return or exchange a product in certain situations. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent process for you. 

Eligibility For Return Or Exchange

We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective or damaged.

  • The product delivered is incorrect

  • There is a Damage-related issue

  • You are not satisfied with the product

Please note: Returns due to change of mind are allowed only once per customer per order, and only if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.

Timeframe

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. 

Product Condition

Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Availability

 Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired product or color is not available, a store credit will be issued. 

Pickup And Shipping

Reverse pickup is available in selected locations through our courier partner (Blue Dart). If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will be required to self-ship the product to our return address.

How To Request A Return Or Exchange

Get Rs. 100 To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at 9033973000 during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM). Please provide your order ID and the reason for return or exchange. If applicable, attach clear images of the product.

Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded directly to your bank account or original mode of payment within 3 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and quality-checked.

Non-Returnable Items 

  • Customized or altered items

  • Products returned in used, damaged, or washed condition Will be non returnable.

Important Note

Products purchased under any Exclusive Discount, Sale, or Promotional Offer are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
